• At Big Bear Lake Resort Association directed marketing staff on $1 million tourism marketing program .
• At Durango Area Chamber Resort Association directed marketing staff on $500K tourism marketing program.
• At Montrose Association of Commerce & Tourism directed marketing staff on $360K tourism marketing program.
• Durango area representative on the Colorado/Wyoming United Airlines/United Express tourism development trade missions to Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
• Represented the Big Bear Lake Resort Association, the Inland Empire Tourism Council and the California Travel & Tourism Commission at the 2008 World Travel Mart in London, England. 

Developed organizational marketing programs included advertising, collateral materials, media relations, web site and direct mail.
• Directed a research based regional tourism development programs to three (3) separate organizations by using media relations, direct mail, targeted advertising and cooperative marketing efforts.
• Managed sales managers, volunteers and direct sales representatives in outside sales efforts.

Fund Raising & Additional Services

  • Pensacola Chamber of Commerce increased annual funding to the Chamber's Foundations for the Future.  Action increased five (5) year commitments by $61,250.  Retained $5,000 in annual commitments, resulting in retention of $20,000 over next four (4) years.
  • Adams County Economic Development implemented new membership investment structure.  In 2003 efforts resulted in $100,000 in new, in-kind and committed memberships, sponsorships, contributions and advertising.  In 2004 achieved 131% of new investment budget. Maintained a 95% retention rate.
  • Authored proposal which secured $63,000 EDA Grant to provide start up funding for ACED's new comprehensive Existing Business Retention Program
